Yes! We'll allow costume transfers for customers with the exact sizes ONLY.

How does the payment installments work?

Accepted Answer

Payments are automatically processed each month on the same day as the initial purchase. If your payment fails, there will be a 5 day grace period before the charge is processed again.

If you would like to make an early payment, please contact us using the online contact form.

If payments are not made by the final payment date, costumes are eligible to be resold.

Can I change my section after registering?

No, unfortunately we can't allow section changes once an order has been placed. Please ensure to select the right costume before checkout.

If I'm unable to pick up my costume, can someone collect it on my behalf?

Yes, please notify us of the person that will be collecting the costume and have them walk with an ID.
